1. Worldwide Shipping

WearVista ships to all countries. Wherever you are located, your order will be delivered from our overseas fulfillment centers.

Delivery times may vary depending on your region’s customs and local courier processing.


2. Order Processing Time (4–5 Business Days)

All orders require 4–5 business days for processing. During this time, we:

  • Verify your order

  • Conduct quality inspections

  • Prepare and package your items

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


3. Shipping Time After Dispatch (7–9 Business Days)

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse:

  • Worldwide Standard Shipping: 7–9 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: Approximately 12–14 days (around 2 weeks)

Shipping times can vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.


4. Optional Shipping Protection (Customer Choice)

We offer Shipping Protection at checkout to safeguard your order from:

  • Loss

  • Damage

  • Theft

  • Transit issues

Shipping Protection is optional and fully the customer’s choice.
If you choose not to add protection, WearVista is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are shipped.

If protection is added, claims can be processed quickly for replacement or refund.


5. Tracking Information

You will receive tracking details via email after your order is dispatched.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to reflect movement through the global network.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs or import fees. These charges:

  • Are not included in product prices

  • Are determined by your country

  • Are the customer’s responsibility

WearVista cannot control or estimate these fees.


7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
WearVista is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Not collecting the parcel from the courier

Reshipping fees may apply if the package is returned to us.


8. Possible Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Carrier issues

  • High seasonal volume

WearVista is not liable for delays outside our control.


9. Multiple-Item Shipments

Your order may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability or warehouse location. Each package will have its own tracking number.


10. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If you purchased Shipping Protection, you can file a claim for quick resolution.

If you did not purchase Shipping Protection, we will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for:

  • Lost shipments

  • Theft after delivery

  • Damaged packages due to courier handling
