WearVista – Return & Refund Policy

At WearVista, we want you to love every item you purchase. We offer returns and refunds under specific conditions to ensure a smooth and fair customer experience.


Return Eligibility (4–5 Days Policy)

You must request a return within 4–5 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept any return or refund request.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following:

  • Wrong size shipped by us

  • Wrong color shipped by us

  • Damaged or defective product received

Proof is required (clear photos or videos) before we can approve a return.

All returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In original packaging


How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@wearvista.co with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

Once your return is approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Return Restrictions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Correctly shipped items (correct size, color, and product)

  • Items reported after 4–5 days of delivery

  • Products with signs of wear or use

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Items without proof of damage or wrong shipment


Exchanges

If you received the wrong size/color or a damaged item and it is approved, you can exchange the item.
If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.


Refund Policy

Refunds Are Only Issued If:

  • We shipped the wrong size

  • We shipped the wrong color

  • You received a damaged/defective product
    AND

  • You reported the issue within 4–5 days with valid evidence

Important:

If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel or refund it unless it meets the above issues (wrong/damaged item).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If 15 business days pass after approval and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@wearvista.co.
